The concept of The Barber Agency was born out of frustration with matching barbers with brands. We know that barber crews are like a family and families work best when they all have the same vision. We also know how hard it is to find people who share that same vision. It can be time consuming and frustrating to sift through countless applications.

The Barber Agency helps barber shops find their perfect crew. We take the time to understand you and your team. We personally interview and vet all staff we send to you, be it for a single day photo shoot, for a temporary or a permanent position. Our aim is to ensure the minimum amount of time is spent by our clients because we will only send you candidates we would hire ourselves.

Our experience

The Barber Agency is the brainchild of Lilly Dillon, a hair professional with over 25 years of experience specialising in gentleman’s haircuts and grooming.

 

Lilly’s award-winning career has taken her from one of the first female barbers at Selfridges to managing the busiest leading barbers & salons in London such as Murdock and Ruffians. She’s known for her high standards which helped her and her crew win the Creative Head Awards for Best Salon Team and Best Salon Experience.

With a firm belief that beautiful stylish hair has to be healthy hair on a healthy scalp, Lilly is also a proud Associate of The Institute of Trichologists as well spokesman and a trainer for Tricho Care.
